150 years that is too much for our bodies, old age is a hard task to take on as the organs in the body deteriorante. I had an aunt who lived to 104 and her last years were on a wheelchair, even though she was a healthy person eating fresh produce all her life.

I cant express how much, from the deep of my hearth, you helped me and clarified me with this video.. after being vegan, vegetarian, then keto and now almost Carnivore I been struggling this last time wondering if I'm doing it right or wrong, if eating animals is ok or not and being confused trough all those experts with opposite opnions about health both sides of the diets (carbs yes / no - Plants good / bad/ etc.) and there is a "study or investigation or research for all". And the worst part is that I was always stressed or worried about if what I m eating is "correct" or not.. All this time I've got the intuitive feeling (coming from all the knowledge you share) that more important than food is maybe the mind, how we can poison ourselves or absorb the best nutrients from the food just with our mind (being really convinced about what we are eating) and I always wonder from the side of the Epigenetics and your experience what could you think or suggest, and you just release this video... so amazing, thank you very very much! My dear Mom passed at 97 years. She was a very strong and up beat person. She was a nurse working full time and raised 7 children. She was excited about so many seemingly small things like finding a wild flower in the woods. She ate food she enjoyed and was always grateful. One thing she was always determined to do was get out and take a walk...rain or shine. She gave us so very much light in life. I will always miss her. I love the way you educate! I have long wanted to get Off of the hampster wheel of dieting. So much information, or should I say, misinformation. It shouldn't be this difficult for us to provide nourishment to our bodies. I never had a weight problem until they introduced high fructose corn syrup into foods. The landscape of the grocery stores today are filled with landmines. Each of us is different. Eat the things your body responds well to. Your body will tell you what is best by how you feel after you eat. And listen to intelligent people like Dr Lipton. I love Anita Moorjani's story.

Dear Dr. Lipton, I have learned so much from your wonderful work, however I must say I am disappointed that you haven't mentioned anything about animal products and their ill effects on human health. I urge you to please check out the information provided by the Physicians Comittee for Responsible Medicine. Dr. Milton Mills, among many other members of this organization has excellent presentations on many different topics regarding animal consumption. And on a final note, how can food provide joy and happiness if we are literally eating the suffering of a being who didn't want to die?
